Rosey Day - FAQs

Answer...We use a fully secure, on-line ordering system through which you can pay using your credit card, International Money Draft or Money Transfer (Australian dollars only please), or internet banking transfer. Just click on the 'Add to Order' shopping cart button on each bear's page to complete your order, with each order individualised with postage for your country (click on link at right top for more). I only accept checks from Australian banks - no international checks please!!

Answer.....You most certainly can, but I do ask that you email me so we can work out the number, amount and frequency of payments first. When this has been agreed upon I will set up a special payment page on my website for you and send you the link (which no one else will have) On this page will be clearly marked buttons for each of the instalments you will need to pay me before you receive your bear.....then, you just go through our normal ordering system process (i.e. click on the 'Add to Order' button) when it is time for each instalment to be paid See my lay away/lay-by conditions at right....

Answer...Every Rosey Day creation comes in it's own linen travel bag with my instantly recognisable lilac ribbon. Your new friend by Rosey Day will arrive carefully bubble wrapped and sealed in a sturdy box with plenty of packing to ensure minimal movement in transit. I send all of my bears via Australia Post – fully registered within Australia, and fully insured Air mail for the rest of the world.

Answer...I generally only make one-of-a-kinds so the bear that you see on the website is the bear that will arrive at your house! If you see a bear that you particularly like that is already sold (or you would like in different colours, fabric etc) you are welcome to contact me to discuss having a similar bear custom made for you. Should you wish to place an order, the time in which it is completed will need to be discussed, but as a general rule one month is the absolute MINIMUM time you will need to wait.

Layby/Lay Away terms are available to suit your needs. Normally I require a twenty five percent (25%) deposit to secure your bear, and completion within three (3) months would be appreciated.

International orders can be made in any of the worlds recognised currency's but if you are not paying by credit card, I MUST be paid using Australian Dollars! This can take the form of International Money Order, Draft or Transfer (for example western Union), or internet banking transfer. I only accept cheques from Australian bank accounts. Refunds are not available on laybys/lay aways, however, I'm happy to give you a credit towards another Rosey Day bear. Postage and insurance charges are payable. Contact me for details. After we have agreed on terns, please complete the 'Add to Order' procedure using the special buttons I have made for you. Your order will become effective and binding upon receipt of your layby/lay away deposit.

Answer...No, not for young children – Rosey Day bears are artist bears and consequently do not have safety eyes or other normally acceptable child safety devices for kiddies under 5 years of age...but they're great as gifts for older kids!...Or for something memorable to celebrate a special event like graduation or a birth!
